- A person is always on a lookout for space sometimes to breathe.
- Knowing why a person is reacting the way they are seems a farout concept.
Meditation, Exercise and so many other techniques are available but the challenge remains to find a safe space. The concept of safe space is simple- a place or environment free of harassment, criticism, judgment or emotional or physical harm.
Creating a safe space is a joint responsibility of all stakeholders available. It is not easy as it require contributions from every stakeholder in professional and personal space.
What one can do is create safe space

- Develop an atmosphere of confidentiality.
- Accept Responses
